She is a young, talented professional who holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology from University of Peradeniya and MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management from UCAM and has widened her area of knowledge by obtaining Masters in Applied Statistics from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka Her expertise in food safety management systems has proven as a qualified lead auditor in FSSC food safety management system and experienced internal auditor in ISO 22000: 2018, BRC food safety, ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management systems and she has followed a Certificate course in Quality Management from Sri Lanka standard institute.
